In Malaysia, heart disease, cancer, and bone issues are on the rise. Yet less than half the population goes for regular health checks. IHH wanted to change that — not with fear, but by reframing screenings as something positive and empowering.

So we flipped the script, reimagining the body as a masterpiece: beautiful, valuable, and worth protecting.

To bring it to life, we rolled out an immersive roadshow across KL, Penang, and Johor from May to July 2024. At its heart was The Black Box — an interactive space where visitors could explore health through AR filters, games, and social contests, while also receiving complimentary screenings and practical education on heart, cancer, and bone health.
